I visited Toronto to meet my friends and to do something my personal. I was satisfied that I could use the washroom alone and stay in a quiet and private space. I am planning to visit Toronto again in the summer, I would like to come again if I can make a reservation at that time:)

I had a wonderful time staying at Eltun’s place. He is a very friendly and extremely caring gentleman. I appreciated his outstanding support which is beyond my expectations. The only minor issue I had during the first two nights of my stay was the coldness of my room other than that everything went well. Toronto is a magnificent place to visit and there are plenty of things to do there.

I had a good stay experience. The bedding and the room were very clean and tidy. And coffee, coffee maker and all kinds of tea were available.

Location is very convenient, extremely clean and well designed room, friendly host and easy get services around the location!

The place is as described. Very clean and tidy. You get an office and a bathroom attached to your room. It’s very private, since it is in the basement and has a locked door. The house is overall quiet and Eltun is always responsible to any inquiries you may have. Location is good. I walked to North York Centre Station which is a 20 minute walk from the house. Uber to the station is like 10 bucks. Thank you, Eltun for the great stay in Toronto!

Narmin’s place was a great place to stay for it’s price. I enjoyed my stay and Narmin was easy to communicate with. The room, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The check in and checkout instructions were easy to follow. It was just a bit noisy with the 2 other rooms there for other airbnb guests but the noise level was never very loud.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Narmin’s. The main area was shared among 3 rooms, with 1.5 bathroom and it felt private and nice. There’s clear instruction everywhere and Narmin provided the essentials in the room (heater for winter, fan for summer). Nicely decorated place, very comfortable, and great for a business trip, would recommend 🙂

The room was quiet, clean and very comfy. Really handy to have the small refrigerator, task light and great working space in one place.

I stayed a great month at this place and had a great time to living here. The host Eltun is genuinely very nice and accomadating. He really tries his best to help in any way his guests which I’ve witnessed many times during my month long stay. The room is very spacious and has everything including a nice elegant desk and comfortable office chair. The place including Kitchen and living room is always clean and tidy with everything you need for cooking.You won’t regret booking the place that is for sure .

Very clean, have all you needs in kitchen. Comfortable and new mattress, quiet area. I would say if you wanna be in quite , comfortable and cozy place here it is!

Upon booking confirmation, we had received multiple communication from Eltun to ensure our stay is smooth. House is super comfortable with beautiful garden view. Although all rooms were occupied, but we didn’t feel crowded, and everything is well-maintained and organised. There was great personal touch and care from Eltun and Hason. Overall, the stay has exceeded our expectation.

It is an excellent and clean area in North York, The basement privacy was great, and I would recommend anyone that is looking for a place near Toronto.

I had a really nice and comfortable stay at Eltuns place. It feels like you have your own little flat in the basement, which was really nice and cozy. The neighborhood is also really beautiful and you can easily walk to the next bus station to go to downtown (around 45mins). Can definitely recommend staying there.

Eltun and Elshan were amazing hosts. They were so sweet and calm people that I can only say that 5 stars is not enough. All the way from Pricing the property to the house it self and the amenities that were included were just out of question. I felt so good living at this place that I would definitely recommend these people. The communication was without any delay. They were rapid with the response on the App.
